Time travel from Byzantium to Istanbul, water in Islam, in Byzantium, in the art of the Ottoman Empire and in present-day Istanbul, among others. Visit to the Yerebatan Cistern (in the times of Constantinople), an Ebru painting school in an Ottoman educational institution (traditional techniques, painting on water), Bosporus excursion, participation in a Sufi ceremony (closed to the general public) followed by an audience with a Sufi master (a talk about the role of water in Islam and its metaphorical role in Sufism).
